The 1530 is the "basic" model, from which all the others are derived. In many cases, Rolex movements are not what they're marked.

There is a tool that you can purchase from someone like TimeSavers but I can usually remove the back by using a pocket knife to engage, at an angle, into one of the little slots on the outside edge of the back and force it to turn in the CCW direction.
