Gregor Peter John Townsend MBE (born 26 April 1973) is a Scottish professional rugby union coach and former player who has been coaching the Scotland national team since 2017. Townsend was previously the assistant coach from 2009 to 2012.

Gregor Townsend took on the position of Scotland Head Coach in the summer of 2017 after five seasons at the helm of Glasgow Warriors.
