With about 24 hours to go until it’s pencils down on moves, the Kraken are scratching Tanev ahead of a meeting with the Nashville Predators for trade-related reasons.

The Kraken won the previous two meetings this season, outscoring the Predators by seven goals over the two contests.

The Nashville Predators return home tonight to host the Seattle Kraken for a 7 p.m. CT puck drop at Bridgestone Arena. This evening’s contest is the third and final meeting between the two clubs this season;
