After serving as a gateway horror for teens and tweens for two seasons, Goosebumps, the contemporary adaptation of R.L. Stine’s book series, was canceled by Disney+ and Hulu. However, there may still be hope for the supernatural series.

Disney+ has officially canceled the horror anthology Goosebumps after two seasons, with the Season 2 finale now serving as its series finale, according to Decider and Variety.

Disney+ isn’t picking up a third season of horror anthology “Goosebumps,” Variety reports. The show, based on the wildly popular R.L. Stine book series, debuted on the streaming service in October 2023 with 10 episodes released weekly, the report said. Season two included eight episodes that all dropped at once in January 2025.
