President Donald Trump has made no secret this week that he does want to seek a third term. The problem with that, of course, is that the Constitution forbids it. Still, oddly, Trump maintains that “there are ways” that he can make it happen.

The U.S. Constitution’s 22nd Amendment says, “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.”
