MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — Dozens of firefighters are on scene in a Mesa neighborhood where gusty winds helped spread a fast-moving fire that destroyed two homes.

Neighborhood Ventures' co-founder and CEO, Jamison Manwaring, said an advantage this Mesa property had for a conversion was the kitchens in the rooms from when it operated as an extended-stay hotel.
