Hernandez Govan, the man accused of orchestrating the death of Memphis rapper Young Dolph, has been found not guilty on all of his charges. Govan faced charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
Hernandez Govan is not accused of shooting Young Dolph, but prosecutors claim he directed the two people who did.
