The Pittsburgh Steelers have a big decision to make on Russell Wilson and Justin Fields before free agency starts in March. The Steelers signed quarterbacks Fields, Wilson, and Kyle Allen to a one-year contract in 2024.

Fields' age might make him more appealing to other teams. Meanwhile, the Steelers have six other starters set to hit the market.
