As the saying goes, one door closes and another opens, and former Warner Bros International Distribution Chief Andrew Cripps, who recently exited that studio, is driving down the street to Walt Disney Studios as their new Head of Theatrical Distribution.

Walt Disney Studios has hired former Warner Bros. executive Andrew Cripps as head of theatrical distribution. He replaces Tony Chambers, who was recently named president of the Walt Disney Company in Europe,

Andrew Cripps will now succeed Tony Chambers as head of theatrical distribution at Disney. He'll begin on March 3. The role opened after Chambers is now overseeing Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
