Utah's capital city is looking to shake up long-standing parking issues, including crackdowns on areas that struggle when special events are happening.

A former church leader is accused of raping a teen girl in his congregation more than 20 years ago, prosecutors in Utah said. Armando Flores, now 69, is charged with one count of first-degree felony object rape and two counts of first-degree felony rape, the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office said in a March 4 news release.
