BOSTON – The New England Patriots have hired Mike Vrabel as the team's next head coach, filling a massive void for the organization. But the franchise's work is far from done this offseason.
Tannehill suffered multiple injuries that season and was ultimately benched for rookie Malik Willis, who struggled badly. Vrabel’s defense was still strong against the run, but were a league worst against the pass and it all led to a 7-10 finish in 2022. The Titans missed the playoffs for the first time in three seasons.

The Raiders, who fired Antonio Pierce Tuesday after just one full season as the team’s head coach, have lined up an interview with Saleh, according to ProFootballTalk. Saleh is also set to interview with the Jaguars. The Jets fired Saleh in October after the team fell to 2-3 with a loss to the Vikings in London.
