The New Orleans Saints have completed an in-person interview with Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore for their head coaching position. This was via an announcement from the team on Tuesday morning.
Garafolo’s report came on the heels of a report from his NFL Network colleague Tom Pelissero that former Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy won’t be pursuing the Saints job any longer (incidentally, Moore was in the running for the job to replace McCarthy in Dallas, but the Cowboys promoted offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer ).
