A share feature in Excel allows you to share your workbook and specify sections, tables, ranges, charts, or worksheets that need to be addressed or viewed by someone else.

Open your Excel workbook and right-click on a sheet. Select Hide. Now you are all set to share your workbook with your boss and employees.

Don't recreate spreadsheets, copy them as new sheets or even into new workbooks.

Spreadsheet Settings Excel spreadsheets and workbooks can be protected to prevent changes. Depending on the level of protection, they may be partly or completely Read Only.

Applying the same formatting to each sheet in an Excel workbook is ideal when each of your sheets is set up the same, but it can be helpful in other circumstances as well.
