The Toronto Blue Jays need Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (hamstring) to be successful, but not against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday. They won 7-3 at PNC Park without their star after he left Monday’s 5-2 loss early.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. makes an incredible play by doing a split to record an out for the Blue Jays, but would be pinch hit for a couple innings later.

"I think it was just a little miscommunication there at home plate," Pirates manager Don Kelly said.
