BARBERTON, Ohio — Fire crews are on the scene of a house explosion on Belleview Avenue in Barberton. The blast, which destroyed the entire home, occurred sometime Tuesday evening. Officials say no one was injured and the house is believed to have been vacant. The cause of the explosion is currently under investigation.

A house was flattened by an explosion in a Barberton neighborhood Tuesday evening. The call came into the fire department about 630pm, according to Chief Ionno. The house is located in the 1000 block of Belleview Avenue.
