On Thursday, Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark penned a message announcing she would not be participating in the All-Star events due to injury. However, Clark did say that she will be in attendance at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for the fun.

Fever guard Caitlin Clark was named an All-Star captain in just her second WNBA season. However, she injured her groin in the Fever's win over the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday and missed Wednesday's game against the defending WNBA champion New York Liberty.

The Phoenix Mercury's Satou Sabally was selected as a starter for Caitlin Clark's Team Clark in the WNBA's Indianapolis All-Star Game on July 19.
