Washington Attorney General Nick Brown has filed a multi-state lawsuit against President Donald Trump’s executive order banning gender reassignment procedures, such as mastectomies and puberty blockers,

Brown also notes that the president cannot “unilaterally regulate or criminalize medical practices in Washington state, which are protected by the 10th Amendment.”
