The European Union and Japan will work more closely to counter economic coercion and address unfair trade practices, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen told reporters on Wednesday.

NextDecade and New Fortress Energy, which build LNG infrastructure, jumped more than 2% and about 3%.

President Trump met Ursula von der Leyen, the chief of the European Commission, in Scotland, and the two said they had an agreement on trade.
