"Avoid the NYS Thruway eastbound at all costs as a tour bus has rolled over near the Erie and Genesee County lines," Erie County executive Mark Poloncarz said on X.

Multiple people are dead, including children, after a tour bus traveling from Niagra Falls to New York City on Friday crashed and rolled over on the highway in Genesee County, New York.

According to a news release from state police, 52 people, including the driver, were on board the bus at the time of the incident.
