A Yosemite National Park ranger claims they were fired for hanging a trans pride flag in support of the transgender community, alleging a violation of their First Amendment right to free speech.

A former Yosemite employee says they've been fired by the National Park Service, three months after flying a transgender pride flag from El Capitan.
