KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Royals have signed 20 of their 2022 selections from the 2025 MLB Draft on Monday. They signed every draft pick from rounds 1-17 and 20. They also added four undrafted free agents. Those players include:

The Kansas City Royals have officially signed their 2025 MLB Draft class. On Monday, the Royals announced that 20 of the 22 selections have joined the organization. Last week, KC selected outfielder Sean Gamble with the 23rd overall pick. He signed for $4 million, a source confirmed to The Star.

“He’s close,” said Carter’s father, Jim Jensen. “We’ve always said, ‘Every level he advances he gets a little closer to home.’ Now, he’s only 2.5 hours north, so it’s an easy drive for us to go.”

The Royals agreed to deals with first-round selections Sean Gamble and Josh Hammond, reports Jim Callis of MLB Pipeline. Kansas City also has deals with second-rounders Michael Lombardi and Justin Lamkin,
