When I walked through the park many years ago I did not ask myself that question. I do not know. Somewhere near-by you might or should find a shower stall for washing people but not a public bath for visitors as in Roman days. As for washing animals I do not know much about that either now. Perhaps facilities have been modernized or renovated since I was there last.
